Additional User Fee for HealthSource RI?

Lawmakers are trying to find a way to pay for the health insurance program once federal funding runs out.

The Providence Journal reported the user fee would be about $550 if all of the roughly 44,000 uninsured people in the state signed up for the health insurance program.
