Ernest Boisvert, Woonsocket Veterans Agent and VP of the United Veterans Council of Woonsocket, has been named Grand Marshal of this year's Memorial Day Parade. Boisvert, a Vietnam Veteran, will read a roll call of names of RI men who died in Vietnam at the end of the parade.
