UPDATE: WPD Find, ID Missing Elderly Woman

Update, 4:30 p.m.: Woonsocket Police report they have located the woman who went missing from Trinity Rehab nursing home this afternoon, identified as Lucien Dusavleon.

Woonsocket Police are asking residents to be on the lookout for a missing 89-year-old woman last seen three hours ago walking away from Trinity Rehab nursing home at 4 St. Joseph St.  

The woman is 5'5", 130 lbs., with short, white hair. She was using a walker when she left the facility, according to an alert sent out by the Woonsocket Police Department's Nixle alert system. 

Linda Wheeler, administrator at the facility, said they are not releasing the woman's name until they are able to contact her family, who are out of state.

The woman is considered endangered, according to the alert. Woonsocket police ask residents to check the area surrounding their homes and contact them at 401-766-1212 with any information.
