Two Shot in Overnight Home Invasion

Woonsocket Police are investigating an early morning home invasion at 65 West Park Place at 2:14 a.m. during which two people suffered multiple gunshot wounds and a third suffered "undetermined" injuries.

Police were called to the address at 2:14 a.m., according to a release from Woonsocket Police Det. Jamie Paone, for a report of a home invasion/robbery with shots fired.

Police detained two suspects, but no formal charges have been made. There were no further details released, since the investigation is ongoing, Paone said, but she said more would be made available to the public as soon as possible. 

Turnto10.com took video of the men arrested at the address, two of them without shoes, and reported police were searching cars along the street with flashlights at the time.
