Woonsocket Fire Leaves Two Families Homeless

A huge blaze on Monty Avenue Saturday left two families homeless.

The Red Cross said Monday it was helping eight people with shelter, food, and clothing. The organization said volunteers Michael Cote and Paul LaGreca were providing assistance.

Two people were reportedly hospitalized as a precaution after the fire.
