State Trooper Log: Missed Court Dates Earn More Time With Police

Man arrested for failing to appear on suspended license charge

At 11:30 p.m. June 24, Troopers arrested Ishmael Arroyo, age 29, of 98 Sayles Ave., Burrillville, RI for a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for an Ability to Pay on a charge of Driving on a Suspended License out of the Burrillville Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Wood Street in the City of Woonsocket. Arroyo was transported to headquarters where he was processed and released by a Justice of the Peace.

Woman arrested for failing to appear on suspended license charge

At 6:35 a.m. Jun 25, Troopers arrested Nancy Johnson, age 37, of 23 Trent Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay, on an original charge of Driving on a Suspended License, originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and turned over to Sixth District Court.
