Woonsocket Police Log: Arrests, Incidents From Oct. 12 - 17

The following is a list of noteable arrests made by the Woonsocket Police Department from Oct. 12 - 17. 

Friday, Oct. 12

At 1:47 a.m., police arrested John Tycks, 30, of 21 Kinsley Lane, Mendon, MA, charging him with driving under then influence of drugs/alcohol, first offense, at 653 Wood Ave. 

At 5:33 p.m., police arrested Tracy Nmi Pasquerillo, 43, of 338 Park Ave., apt. 1, at Price Rite on Diamond Hill Ave., charging the person with shoplifting.

At 8:56 p.m., police arrested Jesus Corona, 23, of 246 Morin Heights Blvd. at his home, charging him with domestic kidnapping and domestic assault and battery.

At 10:04 p.m., police arrested Cody Allison, 26, of 384 River St., apt. 2FL R, charging him with domestic simple assault and domestic aggravated assault by strangulation.

Saturday, Oct. 13

At 9:11 p.m., police arrested Melissa Castro, 19, of 628 East School St., apt. 2L, at 95 Rathbun St., apt. 2LFT, charging her with domestic vandalism and domestic simple assault.

At 11:32 a.m., police arrested Angel Miguel Andino, 33, of 47 Harrison Ave., on Earle Street, charging him with domestic simple assault, violation of a no-contact order and domestic disorderly conduct. 

Sunday, Oct. 14

At 2:47 a.m., police arrested Amy L. Bilodeau Coia, 34, of 335 Moosehill Road, Walpole, MA, on Logee Street, charging her with domestic simple assault, refusal to relinquish a telephone and violation of a no contact order.

Monday, Oct. 15

At 4:55 a.m., police arrested Ahkiem Nelson, 32, of 201 High St., apt. 2, on High Street, charging him with domestic simple assault.

At about 1:28 p.m., Woonsocket Police responded to 113 Parker St. for a medical emergency involving an 18-month old boy who had suffered serious injuries after a book case tipped over onto him. The boy died from his injuries later that day. 

At 9:45 p.m., police arrested Timothy Berard at his home at at 115 Roland St. for an outstanding warrant out of Sixth District Court, adding a charge of larceny in a reported theft of about $5,000 in gold jewelry.

At 11:20 p.m., police arrested Richard Plante, 43, of 78 Newbury St., charging him with domestic disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, Oct. 16

At 12:14 a.m., police arrested Sara Fernandes, 29, of 2284 State Park Road, Greenville, SC, at Boilermakers on Allen Street, charging her with disorderly conduct and two counts of prohibited weapons (not firearms).

At 12:20, police arrested Dominek Greene, 29, of 203 Newland Ave., apt. 2, charging him with domestic vandalism.

At 2:20 p.m., , of 115 Roland St., apt. 1, charging her with recieving stolen goods. She and her boyfriend, Timothy Berard (arrested Oct. 15 on an outstanding, unrelated warrant) were planning to sell jewelry Berard had stolen from a friend's home.

At 1:48 a.m., police arrested John Boucher, 27, of 203 Park Ave., apt. 1, charging him with possession of heroin and domestic disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, Oct. 17

At 11:35 a.m., police arrested Bruce David Leighton, 55, of 412 Elm St., apt. 1, at Liberty Market on Main Street, charging him with simple assault.

At 2 p.m., police arrested Michael Smith, 21, of 816 Bernon St., apt. 2, charging him with domestic disorderly conduct, posession of marijuana, first offense, resisting arrest, and domestic assault with a deadly weapon.
