Chaffee does it again...

Sorry, this slipped by me... Apparently RI leadership, mainly Gov Chaffee doesn't realize the dire financial situation is in RI. Recently there have been movement in positions under him and the one that stands out is his longtime aide who went from assistant to the governor for special projects to now senior advisor to the governor and director of special projects. Taking on alittle more responsibilities is good for any employee but Chaffee was nice enough to also give him a $60,000 a year raise. Nope that is not his salary, that's his raise.
