Opinion:

Upon taking the CVS survey, and at one point getting the words, “Unfortunately, you do not qualify to complete the rest of the survey”, it sounds to me rather insulting as a way to end my volunteer participation. It makes me think I am somehow being judged “deficient” or “unwanted” or “unimportant” or whatever as far as CVS is concerned.

My suggestion is that you either explain why the person is about to be dumped out of the survey, or let him/her complete it and then throw the results away, or something else.

After all, we took the time to be nice and do the survey, and were told we would get a $5 coupon for doing so...... and them you dump us out with nothing by saying “you do not qualify”.

I would think this would create BAD FEELINGS among your customers......

Just my opinion, after trying to be nice and do the survey for you since I like your store......
