Cumberland Native Rebecca Santos Inzana Joins MGH Institute of Health Professions as Clinical Instructor

BOSTON – Cumberland native and graduate of Cumberland High School Class of 1993, Rebecca Santos Inzana, MS, CCC-SLP, has joined MGH Institute of Health Professions as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. 

Prior to joining the Boston health professions graduate school, she had been a speech-language pathologist on the adult inpatient team at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she was recognized as an advanced clinician through the MGH Clinical Recognition Program. 

She joined the MGH Institute faculty in a joint appointment with Mass General, teaching Foundations of Medical Speech-Language Pathology and championing the new medical speech pathology concentration in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, while continuing her clinical and student program work at the hospital.

Inzana, whose primary clinical interests are acute diagnostics and interprofessional management of the neuroscience patient population, earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Boston University.
