  My computer had a nasty virus that prevented it from loading websites, as well as other problems. I took it took it to P M Computers and paid $105 to have it removed. After reconnecting it. I found that it would attempt to load sites, but was so slow it timed out. I called P M to be told the only thing they could do was have me disconnect it, bring it back, and scrub the hard drive, destroying my files. I asked if they could instead move my files to another computer and was told that would cost another $35. I am very dissatisfied with the repair and their proposed resolution.

  I am thankful to have a resource like WNRI available in Woonsocket. Whether one agrees with what is being said or not is less important than being offered the venue to speak out on important issues. The hosts are congenial and do not seek to poke fun at the callers. WNRI has also never refused to be of assistance with promotion of charitable functions.
