Ocean Cafe To Serve 200 Free Thanksgiving Meals

Restaurant will serve meals gratis 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

  If you're in a spot finding food this Thanksgiving, Ocean Cafe has got you covered.  The quaint corner diner located on the corner building at 144 North Main St. across from Shaw's Meat Market will offer its five tables to all comers, up to 200 of them, from 11 a.m. till 2 p.m. Thursday.  "This is the second year I'm doing it," said Jose Mendosa, the restaurant's owner. Last year, they served about 100 meals, and are prepared to serve double that number. If more than that show up, Medosa said, he'll be out of food, unfortunately, but next year might be even bigger.
