If you need a winter coat, or can donate one, Friday's 16th Annual Buy Nothing Day Winter Coat Exchange is your chance to get one, or make sure others can. The exchange will take place at nine locations in Rhode Island Nov. 23. Winter Coats will be given away starting at 9 or 10 a.m. at locations in Bristol, Cranston, East Providence, Newport, North Kingstown, Pawtucket, Providence, Wakefield, and Warwick. For Woonsocket residents, the closest locations will be at Blackstone Valley Visitors Center, 175 Main St., Pawtucket or the State House, 82 Smith St, Providence, RI.
