Editor's note: The following reports were posted on the RI State Police website this week: Scituate Barracks Man arrested for failing to appear on suspended license charge At 11:30 p.m. June 24, Troopers arrested Ishmael Arroyo, age 29, of 98 Sayles Ave., Burrillville, RI for a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for an Ability to Pay on a charge of Driving on a Suspended License out of the Burrillville Police Department. Lincoln Woods Barracks Woman arrested for failing to appear on suspended license charge At 9:30 a.m. June 12, troopers arrested Dawn M. Hanson, age 30, of 627 Cranston St., Providence, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on an original charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. Hanson was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and turned over to Sixth Division District Court. Owner of International Market released on personal recognizance.
State Police are charging three men, among them Angel Pichardo, 54, owner of International Market, with operating illegal gambling machines. Pichardo and one of the other men are also being charged for selling cigarrettes with counterfiet tax stamps. State Police, DEM, DOT responded to scene, cleared by 10:35 a.m.
State Police responded to a construction truck rollover on Rte. 99 this morning that chewed up the road, spilled diesel fuel and blocked traffic for about five hours. State Police Capt. Ernest Quarry said a company truck operated by Cosco rolled on Rte. 99 north at 5:15 a.m. today, due to what he said they suspect was operator error. State Police are still investigating the cause, he said. The Valley Breeze has posted a photo of the scene. There was a lot of equipment on the truck, Quarry said, and the rollover spread it across the road. One piece of equipment, an auger, or construction drill, did some damage when it left the truck. "We suspect the auger chewed up the roadway pretty bad," Quarry said. The truck also spilled diesel fuel …

Woonsocket woman spent several hours in friend's apartment after he died.
Dawn Utting, 45, of 75 Union St., apt. 1R, Woonsocket was arraigned today in Kent County District Court before Judge Mark A. Pfeiffer for failing to report the death of Robert Rossi, 70 of 204 Greenville Ave., apt 42. According to the release from State Police, Utting, who also faces charges of reckless driving and driving with a suspended license, was staying in Rossi's apartment April 18 when she discovered his unresponsive body on the bathroom floor at 4 a.m. Utting spent several hours in the apartment after the discovery before taking his car, a green 2000 Honda Accord, and heading back to her home in Woonsocket. At about 11:40 a.m., an off-duty State Police officer called to report a car with that description was driving erratically…
