BankRI Contributes 15,000 lbs Of Food To RI Community Food Bank
Woonsocket branch helped collect food donated during Hunger Action Month.
BankRI recently contributed 15,000 pounds of food to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank’s Summer Food Drive. As a company-wide effort, their Woonsocket branch played a critical role in the collection. The donation continues the bank's commitment to support the RI Community Food Bank, which is observing Hunger Action Month during September. Along with hunger relief agencies nationwide, the Rhode Island Community Food Bank is urging the public to speak out against hunger in a very tangible way.
