The arrest was the result of Troopers following up on a previous arrest of Cote and finding that the warrant had just been issued by the court. Duty to Stop Accident Resulting – Personal Injury, 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs – 1st Offense (1st Phase- .194, 2nd Phase- .208). 3.) Driving on a Suspended License and a 4.)
