Registration Open For Fall Classes at YWCA
During Fall Session at YWCA Northern Rhode Island, classes run in 6-week consecutive sessions during the school year and begin on September 6.
You can still register for fall classes at the YWCA, where a variety of programs are offer for children and adults over a six week session beginning September 5. Adult offerings include wellness programs such as: - Aerobic Dance. Benefits include increases in heart health, muscular endurance, mood, energy level and a decrease in shortness of breath. This class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m. - Belly Dancing is a great core workout in a fun, supportive environment.
