The Blackstone Valley Listeners owe a great debt of gratitude for
the owners of WNRI...".Keepers of Radio Free Rhode Island". This is the media which ideas and be debated, frustrations can be aired out, and information can be dispersed to the vast listening audiance.
As Bob Dionne used to say..."All my 13 listeners". Many state
officials..elected & non-elected have appeared on various programs
and have been asked the "tough questions" by the various program
heads or the listening audience. The station is generous with public service announcements church events, school cancellations, & other
civic events.
THANK YOU.....to the Bouchard Boyz....Dick & Roger, Dick St. Onge, & Roger Laliberte for their investment in the Heart & Soul
of Northern Rhode Island and particularly the Blackstone Valley.
Your local programming touches the lives of numerous individuals
and puts our government leaders on notice....for the good things,
as well as, the bad.

First, a big "thank you" to the owners of WNRI for its various radio programs and services. WNRI has served our community very well, and for many years. Our City is very fortunate to have this 'outlet' for people to 'air' their views and comments. The radio station also promotes many community events and advertises other City activities as well.

Often, people take many things for granted, especially when these things have become the "norm". Let us all appreciate this City's great "resource center"!

Thank you, also, to Woonsocket Patch for recognizing WNRI and posting its photos.

I am thankful to have a resource like WNRI available in Woonsocket. Whether one agrees with what is being said or not is less important than being offered the venue to speak out on important issues. The hosts are congenial and do not seek to poke fun at the callers. WNRI has also never refused to be of assistance with promotion of charitable functions.
