A great place for stuffed peppers, meat pie, and the rest of your favorite comfort foods. They usually have some great desserts, too

Paul's and Barbara's Place are the two best diners in the city. The food at both places is as good as anything you'd get at a casual dining restaurant -- and often better -- but without their prices.

The news papers at Paul's are another plus.

The quality of the food was fresh&good 10x better than Annex Diner,the place is clean,the price was reasonable,I go their again this time with my family&I have 7 sisters&brothers.For the other viewer who said it was Dirty!

Local Resident must have a grudge against the place but it has nothing to do with the cleanliness, rice , service or food quality. I won't speculate on the motivation.

I go to Paul's several times a wk, it's always clean, the service is good and always friendly, prices are very reasonable and the food is always good. A good selection of newspapers (free) to read.

OMG!!!!! This place is so filthy,not cheap and what the heck????? I used the female bathroom and the filth was just beyond belief. Not only was it filthy, it was shabby and gross. My glass on the outside was dirty and on my milk there was something floating!!!!! I ordered short stack of pancakes(of which there are 2) one was all messed up but I was served it anyway. The more I looked around the more I saw just how badly the help does not do their jobs. How expensive is bleach????? Do not eat here unless you like to eat in a truly filthy place!!!!
