Art Room Tattoo Gallery is conveniently located on Woonsocket's buzzing "Main Street" among many small shops. With its historical streets and background, the Art Room adds a refreshing burst of art, culture and talent. The shop owner, Roger Jordan, has over 15 years of experience with dressing up any part of your body with a permanent masterpiece.Working in unison with two other tattoo artists, the shop has been maintaining business since 2000. With the laid back, fun and non - judgemental atmosphere, anything goes at the Art Room Tattoo Gallery. As Jordan says, "Mild to wild, old school to portraits, we can do anything." The prices start from $60 and up. You also have the option to purchase gift certificates, and any budget you might have, the Art Room will make it work. Tattoos are done by walk-in or appointment.

I went to the Art Room while searching for the right place for my first tattoo. I have been looking forward to getting this tattoo for 6 years. From the moment I entered the building I knew that the Art Room was the tattoo parlor for me. I don't know whether it was the Megadeth playing in the background that sparked my interest, but the atmosphere instantly attracted me and I felt welcome. When I presented the man at the desk with my idea he called in tattoo artist Steve to do my work and I had an appointment scheduled for an hour later. When I came back Steve was there ready and excited to work with me. Since I only got an outline it took just under an hour and cost me $100. I was so satisfied with the way it came out and the finished product that I gave him a $20 tip. The Art Room is the only parlor I will trust to do any work on my body and I am planning on going back tomorrow to get more work done.
Thank You Steve and the rest of The Art Room Family for making my first tattoo an amazing experience.
