Under the direction of Brother Clifford King, a brother of the Sacred Heart and Mount Saint Charles Religion teacher, students fromMount collected and gathered items to donate to the victims of hurricane Sandy.

Cliff said, “Earlier this week, I read a piece in the Providence Journal about how the Ocean State Transit School Bus Company would be transporting any items they received to the hurricane Sandy victims in the New York and New Jersey. I told my students about this and over the past couple of days, they have been bringing in food, clothes, and personal care items for all of the victims.”
