Mount Delivers Christmas Baskets to 75 Needy Families in Woonsocket

School worked with Family Resources Community Action to help people enjoy the holiday.

Every year, Mount St. Charles Academy makes Christmas food baskets for families that are involved with the Family Resources Community Action group in Woonsocket. Throughout the Christmas season, the entire Mount community brings in food donations to fill each basket.

Anyone can also take a child's name off of the MSC Giving Tree (whose family is receiving a food basket) and fill the baskets with toys as well. As the toys are wrapped, they  fill up Mr. Burke’s office, principal of Mount Saint Charles Academy, until the baskets are assembled. This year, Mount students, parents, faculty, and staff delivered baskets to 75 families.
