CCF Offers Free 'Christmas on a Budget' Financial Stability Workshops

Budgeting, goals, banking taught at morning programs.


Connecting for Children & Families (CCF) in partnership with Money Management International is holding Financial Literacy workshops.  Workshop covering such topics as budgeting, setting goals, banking will be held on Tuesday Dec. 4 10 -11:30 a.m.  Workshop covering such topics as credit scores, credit reports, using credit wisely will be held on Thursday Dec. 6 10 -11:30 a.m.

All classes will be held at the Chaplin-Perez Community Center (37 Center St., Woonsocket, RI).  Refreshments will be provided.  Participants receive gift cards after the workshop.  To register and for more information, contact Zoya Tseytlin at (401) 766-3384 orZTseytlin@ccfcenter.org.   

The Financial Literacy program at CCF implements innovative ways to improve financial literacy and promote informed financial decision making.  CCF provides education, support services, trainings, and resources to help strengthen the economic condition of individuals and families.  Our programs assist individuals and families with their money management concerns. Through financial education, training, and individualized coaching, participants increase their income, build savings, and gain and sustain assets.

 Connecting for Children and Families (CCF), located at 46 Hope St., Woonsocket, is a community-based organization with a mission to improve the quality of family and community life in Woonsocket.  CCF offers a wide range of family support initiatives including quality childcare; after-school enrichment; workforce development; parenting education and support; and community safety initiatives.
