Woman Chucks Brick Through Car Window, Texts Deed

Three days after Christopher Robillard, 23, reported someone had smashed a window of his girlfriend's parent's blue 2013 Chevy Spark Sept. 22, Woonsocket Police Detectives interviewed Sarah Robillard, 23, of 69 Orchard St., Apt. 3R about the vandalism.

On Wednesday, Detectives Peter Menard and Justin Glode informed Sarah she was being video recorded and urged her to tell them the truth, according to Menard's report. The detective reported Sarah paused for a long moment before admitting to carrying a brick across town, then throwing it through the car's window at 43 Blakely St.at 9:03 p.m. that Sunday.

The detectives charged Sarah with one count of vandalism, a misdemeanor. She was issued a District Court summons for Oct. 10 and released.

Five minutes later, Christopher called Menard to tell him Sarah had texted him a message reading, "Ha I smashed your window," with a picture of Sarah and her sister sticking their tongues out, according to Menard's report.
