State Trooper Log: Suspended License, Marijuana Possession Scofflaws

Troopers arrest Man for failing to appear on suspended license charge

At 6:10 p.m., March 21, troopers arrested Teddy Lessard, age 33, of 35 Greene St., 2nd Floor Woonsocket, RI, for 1) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay, on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License, originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department.

Lessard was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.

Troopers arrest Man for failing to appear on marijuana charge

 On Saturday, March 24, at 9:11 p.m., a trooper arrested Angel Vicente, age 24, of 37 Atwood Avenue, North Providence, RI, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana from the Hope Valley Barracks.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. He was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released after posting the required cash bail.
