State Trooper Log: Repeat License Offender, Robbery, Drug Charge Fugitives

Driver caught with suspended license wanted for skipping court on — suspended license charge At 1:53 a.m. Nov. 7, Troopers arrested Germaine Bruce, 19, of 47 Home St. Pawtucket, RI for Driving with a Suspended License, and a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Bruce was transported to headquarters, processed, and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.

City man Arrested for skipping court on MA robbery, conspiracy charges On Nov. 5, 2013, detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Arturo P. Sanchez, 50, with a last known address of 309 High St., Woonsocket, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The Bristol County District Attorneys Office had filed a detainer for Sanchez for Failure to Appear on charges of Robbery and Conspiracy. Sanchez appeared before the Honorable Judge Woodcock-Pfeiffer in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived.

Sanchez was remanded to the ACI to await the arrival of Massachusetts authorities.

Hope Valley Barracks

Traffic stop collars woman wanted on check fraud, drug dealing charges On Monday, Nov. 4, at 12:38 a.m., Troopers arrested Lessie Serrano, 29, of 104 Sayles Street Apartment 112 for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for disposition on an original charge of fraudulent checks over $1,000 out of the State Police Lincoln Barracks; A Superior Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for disposition on an original charge of manufacturing, delivery, possession with intent to deliver schedule I-II out of the Woonsocket Police Department and operating on a suspended license.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in West Greenwich. Serrano was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third District Court.
