State Trooper Log: Domestic Vandalism, Assault

Scituate Barracks
Troopers arrest Woonsocket man for domestic disorderly conduct, vandalism At 6:05 p.m. Jan. 10 Troopers arrested Unberto Reyes, 22, of 231 Second Ave, Woonsocket, RI for domestic disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism.
The arrest was a result of a complaint filed at the Hope Valley Barracks and a subsequent investigation by Troopers. Reyes responded to State Police Headquarters where he was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released from custody with future court dates.

ACI inmate charged with assault On Jan. 9, 2014, at about 11 a.m., Detectives charged inmate Ernest D. Brochu, age 22, having a last known address of 167 Second Avenue, Woonsocket, an inmate at the ACI, with Simple Assault & Battery.
Brochu was presented before the Honorable Judge William C. Clifton in Third Division District Court, where he pled no contest to the charge. Judge Clifton sentenced Brochu to one year at the Adult Correctional Institution with one year suspended and one year probation.
Judge Clifton remanded inmate Brochu to the ACI to continue serving his controlling sentence for Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
