State Trooper Log: Traffic Stops Prompt Arrests For Failure To Appear, No Contact Violation

The following arrest information was supplied by the RI State Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Scituate barracks: Troopers arrest driver for failing to appear on suspended license charge

At 9:40 a.m. Aug. 11, Troopers arrested Taysavanh Thepkaysone, age 50, of 93 Getchell Ave., Woonsocket, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Knight Street in the City of Woonsocket. Thepkaysone was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed then turned over to Sixth District Court.

Lincoln Woods barracks: Troopers stop driver, discover warrant for violating no contact order

At 3 p.m.  Aug. 12, Troopers arrested Derrick Beauregard, 22, of 573 Fairmount Ave., Woonsocket, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department for Violation of No Contact Order.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 north at Lonsdale Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Beauregard was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police.
