Woman arrested for failing to appear on suspended license charge

At 9:30 a.m. June 12, troopers arrested Dawn M. Hanson, age 30, of 627 Cranston St., Providence, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on an original charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. Hanson was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and turned over to Sixth Division District Court.

Man driving with suspended license also had warrant for failing to appear on earlier suspended license charge.

At 10:45 a.m. June 15, troopers arrested Jose Gual, age 23, of 42 Bourdon Blvd., Woonsocket, RI, for: 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment for the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department; 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment for the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department; and, 3.) Operating with a Suspended License.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mason Street in the City of Woonsocket. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed and arraigned at Sixth District Court.
