Daniel Arguinzoni-Colon, 30, a resident of Puerto Rico staying at 296 Rathbun St. was arrested on Sunday for assault with a deadly weapon after police received a call from the residence reporting a fight in progress. When officers arrived, they saw scattered items through the door of the second story apartment including a broken chair, a broken beer bottle and what appeared to be blood on the floor. Inside the apartment, officers found four Hispanic males standing around talking, with one bleeding from the head. Neither the men or the reporting party, the landlord, spoke English, and the landlord's nephew served as an interpreter.

According to the victim, the group was drinking beer with a female who was no longer at the residence and one took a liking to Jesus Lozano-Salvadore.  Arguinzoni-Colon became upset by it and hit Lozano-Salvadore over the head with a chair.
