Police Log: Man Arrested On Warrant Busted for Cocaine
Missed court date arrest leads to more serious charge for city man.
Police arrested Bernandino Garcia, 42, of 1148 Diamond Hill Road at , 1666 Diamond Hill Road, July 22 at 11:56 p.m. on a warrant for failing to show in court on a previous charge.
A search of Garcia revealed three small, clear bags of white, powdery substance in his left front pocket that was later identified as cocaine, worth about $60. He was charged with possession of cocaine, a felony.
