No Bail for Woonsocket Suspect in Wild Police Chase

A Woonsocket man was ordered held without bail following a wild police chase in which he allegedly carjacked a vehicle and shot a man in the foot.
ABC 6 reported Michael Ebiwa, 26, was arraigned on a host of charges.
Last week, he allegedly broke into a Woonsocket home then led cruisers on a chase that ended in Providence.
