AG Indicts Four in March Break-Ins

Grand Jury Indicts Four in March break-in case

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment on July 3 charging Kyeme Gallagher, Charles Perry, Charles Welch, and Andrew Perry each with two counts of burglary, four counts of conspiracy, two counts of first degree robbery, two counts of carrying a firearm without a license, and two counts of use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence.  In addition, the indictment charges Joshua Gagne and Randy Santana each with one count of burglary, one count of first degree robbery, two counts of conspiracy, one count of carrying a firearm without a license and one count of use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence. 

It is alleged that on or about March 6, 2013, Kyeme Gallagher, Charles Perry, Charles Welch and Andrew Perry, along with an unindicted juvenile co-conspirator, burglarized a residence in Burrillville, robbing the individuals of the residence at gun point.  

It is further alleged that on or about March 24, 2013, Kyeme Gallagher, Charles Perry, Charles Welch, Andrew Perry, Joshua Gagne, Randy Santana, and an unindicted juvenile co-conspirator burglarized a residence in Woonsocket, robbing the individuals of the residence at gun point. The Burrillville and Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. 

All were scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on July 9.
