2013 OLQM Festival Complete!

The 2013 QLQM Festival concluded on Saturday night.  Even with the cancellation on Thursday night, it was once again a highly successful event!  Many thanks to all of the people who helped out in any way.  Special thanks go out to our executive committee: John & Monique Cote (co-chairs), Ernest Blanchard, Beverly Joicoeur, Melissa Mathurin, Gerry Houle, Jeff Houle, Paulette Gamache, Jackie Pelletier, Paula Berard, Bill Dundulis Jr. and Bill Dundulis III.  Also, special thanks go to all of those who stuck around Saturday night/Sunday morning to help clean up the festival yard and finish counting the money in the basement.  Congratulations to our big raffle winners as well.  $5,000 was won by Bob Lamarche, $2,500 by Jack Frenette, $1,500 by our own Yvette Houle, $500 by Sylvio Giguere and $500 by Armand Desjardins.  The 500 RI Lottery tickets were won by Benjamin Costa.  Next year's festival will likely be July 30th-August 2nd, so mark you calendars, only 359 days away!  Feel free to check out some pictures from Saturday night below, and also visit www.facebook.com/olqmfestival to see photos from other nights as well as past festivals!
