why did Rhode island have to have a diversity of new people?

I had recently moved back to Rhode Island,to get away from diversity of people in fl,yet we wasted a lot of money ,time and health to find it's got worst,in R.I.,cause in Greenville,R.I.,I found  a bunch of idiot Snobby New Yorkers,and foreigners,that I thought we left in fl,and traffic on Rt.44 is terrible,prices are awful,price of homes are out of reach so are rents overpriced,so went back to fl,at least prices are little cheaper,and weather warmer,no oil bills,and got  away from toothface,backstabbing relatives,but cost us a lot to find out,when relatives lied about r.I.,how it changed for worst in 8 yrs,could of avoided a lot of money,heart ache and sickness,if people only told us truth,before we almost ruined our lives and somewhat ruined our finances,well what goes around comes around in end,hopefully ruines their lives soon,I pray?
