No parking sign down at Coleman

How long does it take to get a sign replaced at Coleman school that has been down since August, we have problems with people parking their cars there and arguing about parking there. This is a safety issue, city and school are aware of this but yet, there it sits on our front lawn, and we finally put a cone over the broken edge.
