CVS Caremark 5K: Are You Running?

The day features the CVS Caremark Downtown 5k, The Tufts Health Plan High School Inspirational 3K and youth races of varying distances.

There are about 34 runners from participating in the 3K High School Inspirational list that takes place after the CVS Caremark 5K. A lot of Woonsocket children are expected to run in the morning youth races, too.

My time last year was 29:53.6 (see my photo) - which, thanks to a few too many stops in the ice cream aisle, I'll be lucky to match this time around. This year, I hope I don't puke.
