Bike arrow paintings

I've noticed these bike arrows all over the city the past few weeks. What is up with that? A third of the city is on welfare, we can't keep a buisness here to save our lives, and the city is about to go bankrupt, but we can afford to paint these bike guiding arrows all over the city!!! I don't know about you but I've lived here 28 years and I wouldn't dream of riding a bike around this place. The drivers don't care and the freaks walking the streets look like they would be ready to pounce on any unsuspecting biker. Especially someone who does not know the area well. This is a joke!!
