Bad Business at the local Fish and Chips

A blind, mentally challenged girl trying to attend the Block Party was saddened when lack of parking and the owner of a local Fish and Chip almost ruined her night. Looking forward to seeing her favorite band, she and her care provider arrived at Market Square to find no parking. Even with her handicapped parking permit, there wasn't a spot to be found. They decided to ask the owner of a near by fish and chips place if they could park there. He said no, he would not make an exception just because she was special needs. They then decided to try the lot behind the next business and he proceeded to follow them and yelled "Go ahead and park there lady. It will be an expensive night when I have you towed because I own the whole block!"  Disgusted, they drove around and asked the owner of a business across the street if they could park there and they said "no problem at all!". So with all that being said, if you had the opportunity to help a special needs person, wouldn't you?
