Community Update

Ok The patch always has stories about bringing in disorderly conduct cases or people on drunken charges and a lot of other irrelevances,  But the surprise to see was that not one mention as far as I can tell was made of the fact that quite a number of vehicles thru out the city had their windows shot out by bb guns. I was one of those people. Why didn't I see any mention of that in here? That window cost me 185.00 to replace, and since this is Rhode Island, insurance companies will charge a deductible for it. Where Mass its free window replacement.  Anyways, I think the patch is getting a little too full of itself and this new patch design is awful.
