Lois B. (Barber) Dusablon, 91: Secretary for WWON

Lois B. (Barber) Dusablon, 91, Devlin Circle, died Sunday Dec. 8, 2013 in Milford Regional Medical Center, Milford.

She was the wife of the late Robert H. Dusablon. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Grace (Webster) Barber. She worked as a secretary for WWON AM 1240, Woonsocket, which changed its name to WOON in 1992. Lois was a founding member of the First Assembly of God of Woonsocket as well as a avid member of their prayer chain.

She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and believed wholeheartedly in the saving grace through faith and Jesus Christ. She is survived by her four sons, Glenn Dusablon of North Smithfield, Harold Archer of Medway, MA, Lance Dusablon of Woonsocket, and Archer Dusablon of Tigra, OR; her daughter, Lynne Ronning of Bay City, OR; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her granddaughter Dorothy L. Dusablon. Her funeral will be held Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 at 10 a.m. in the First Assembly of God Church, 420 Mendon Road, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Acote Hill Cemetery, Putnam Pike, Chepachet. Calling hours are Friday from 4 - 7 p.m. in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St. Woonsocket.
