He was the husband of the late Leonie (Beaulieu) St. Sauveur.
Born in Putnam, Connecticut he was a son of the late Romeo and Leona (Francis) St. Sauveur. He came to Woonsocket as a young child and remained a lifelong resident of the city.
In his early years Lefty was employed in the local textile industry and at the U.S. Rubber shop. He worked for the Woonsocket Highway Department for over 25 years before retiring in 1987.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather Friday at 10:30 a.m. for a funeral service at 11 a.m. in the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Visiting hours are Thursday from 5-8 pm.
