Barbara A. (Osborne) Lesowski, 80, of No. Smithfield, died Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013 in the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence, according to Holt Funeral Home.
She was the wife of Frank T. Lesowski, whom she married June 22, 1957.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Clifton and Signe (Greenlund) Osborne. Barbara was a 1950 graduate of Woonsocket High School and a 1952 graduate of Worcester City Hospital School of Nursing.
She was a registered nurse for the former Woonsocket Hospital. Barbara was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Smithfield. She and her husband dealt antiques under Rocking Chair Antiques.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013 at 10 a.m. in Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 54 Cedar Swamp Rd., Smithfield. Inurnment will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 54 Cedar Swamp Rd., Smithfield, RI 02917 or to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
