City leadership only wants lower income families here.

Why do I say this. Let's look at the facts. Any business worth anything has either left or is going. The city wants to build up Main Street. Taxes are extremely high which will drive more middle income families out of Woonsocket. The landlords owning the tenements are out of luck because they can only raise rents so high or lose the rents to pay the taxes. And then what does that leave???? With property values so low and nobody to buy, lower income families move into empty middle class neighborhoods when giving time, will lower property values even more. Sorry, just saying.
