Vacation Week: Snow & Ice at Oak Knoll Wildlife Sanctuary

We'll discover the mysteries of snow and ice with a winter exploration of the sanctuary's field, forest and lake. At Lake T we'll break through the ice to scoop out some water and see what we may find. Upon our return we'll do some fun experiments as well as making "snow" sculptures!

If nature permits, we'll try out the snowshoes we have for program participants to borrow.
