New England's Biggest Art Heist at Cumberland Public Library

We're accustomed to hearing stories about bank and jewelry store robberies, but we are often shocked when an art museum is the target of a successful heist. Anthony Amore will be at the Cumberland Public Library to discuss what makes an art heist exceptional.

Amore as Director of Security at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston is to investigate the famed heist of 1990 when two thieves-disguised as policemen-stole 13 pieces of artwork, valued at $500 million.

Spend an evening with us and get lost in the intrigue and horrors of international art crimes.
