Free Comic Book Day at the Cumberland Public Library

Cumberland Public Library is excited to celebrate the 13th annual Free
Comic Book Day! This worldwide event showcases the joy of reading comic
books with free giveaways and fun family events. The library will have programs for all ages running throughout the day.

The Children's room will host Super Hero coloring and give out prizes for children who come in from 11AM-4PM.

From 10AM-12PM, the Teens can bring a t-shirt, bandana, canvas tote, etc. and learn how to screen print a customized logo onto it!

From 11AM-1PM makeup artist Candy Ranslow Skaba will be doing cosplay makeup for Teens.

From 2PM-4PM, comic strip author/illustrator Nathan DiPerri will be drawing hilarious caricatures for the whole family!

At 1:30 PM there will be a screening of the comic book movie Thor: the Dark World.

And of course, as long as supplies last, there will be free comic books and prizes for teens and adults who come in costume!
This event is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Cumberland Public Library and Rubber Chicken Comics in Bellingham, MA!

No registration is necessary.
