CCF Make Tracks for Kids 5K Race/Walk

Connecting
for Children and Families (CCF) is once again hosting its Annual 5K Race/Walk
and Kids 1K Fun Run to benefit children and families in Woonsocket. Funds
raised during the event enable us to continue to work toward a time when all
children and families can live in a safe, welcoming community - with many
opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed.

Tony
Petrarca, Chief Meteorologist at Channel 12 Eyewitness News, will again be the
Celebrity Chairman for this USATF certified course that winds through the
beautiful campus of Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. All
participants will receive a t-shirt and post-event lunch. There are prizes for
the top three male and female finishers, and ribbons for the top male and
female in each age division. CCF is encouraging participants to join a team, or
create their own team to raise additional dollars for our award-winning
programs.  There will be a prize for the
individual and team that raise the most money.

Registration is $25 in advance; $30
the day of the event. The Kids 1K Fun Run is $10. Online registration is
available at www.crowdrise.com/maketracksforkids5k.  For more information, call Lauren Goldenberg at
