Wednesday Five: Main Street, Stories, Venture, Register

Welcome to Wednesday - check out these things to know:


Main Street - Got some hot ideas for the future of Main Street? The Main Street Livability Project will be discussing a community vision and goals for streetscape, transportation patterns and zoning in the Main Street area. This workshop at 6 p.m. at RiverzEdge Arts Project 68 S Main St,  will build on previous visioning work already completed.  If you want to voice your opinion on the future of the Woonsocket Main Street area, please attend this event.  Light dinner will be served. Stories - Swing by the Woonsocket Public Library today at 10:30 a.m. for story time for kids aged 3 1/2 to 5 years. The 45 minute progam includes stories songs a brief movie and a craft! Stop by or call 769-9044 ext 2 or email cgoldstein@woonsocketlibrary.org.  

Venture - All Saints Parish's Venturing Crew meeting will be held tonight at the church, 6:45 p.m. Venturing, a little known part of The Boys Scouts of America, is made up of boys and girls between the ages of 14-21. It is a non denominational leadership program where youths learn to be leaders while enjoying the company of their peers under the supervision of registered adults of BSA.
