Friday Five: Blizzard, Diner, Free Tax Prep, Internship, Porketa

We've made it to the end of the week, and now, it's time to shovel.

Blizzard Warning - Maybe you've heard about this Winter Storm thing everyone's been talking about. It's no longer a Bizzard Watch - now it's a warning. You'll see what all the fuss is about sometime this morning, and it will really get rolling this afternoon. Hopefully, you'll have long retired to home and hearth by then. Keep apprised of all the latest news at our Storm Center page, bundle up, and stay safe.

Diner for lease - Been itching to start up a new restaurant? Neighborworks Blackstone River Valley is offering experienced restauranteurs a lease of the diner car once home to “Champs Diner,” on Park Avenue, now waiting a new tenant and customers at 719 Front St. The car was one of more than 600 diners produced by the Worcester Lunch Car and Carriage Manufacturing Company.
